Championing Community and Conservation: Lodge Le Progres de l’Oceanie Honored with the Good Neighbor and Environmental Hero Award in Hawaii

Lodge Le Progres de l’Oceanie received the Good Neighbor and Environmental Hero Award on March 1st, 2023, from the Storm Water Quality Division of the City and County of Honolulu for its “Adopt the Block” clean-up program. This initiative was launched in October 2021, and twice a year, the members of the lodge clean up designated sections of blocks along Kinau Street and in the vicinity of Cartwright Neighborhood Park. Worshipful Brother Dino Montalbo, Master of Lodge Le Progres de l’Oceanie, accepted the award on the Lodge’s behalf.
